What actually changes

Most nonprofits do not run on a platform. They run on a spreadsheet, a shared drive, somebody's personal email account, and three tools nobody remembers the password to. Here is the difference that makes.

The way it works now
  • The board packet takes most of a weekend, and half of that is copying numbers out of one file and into another.
  • Donor history lives in a spreadsheet one person maintains and everyone else is afraid to touch.
  • The annual filing sneaks up on you, and nobody is certain which state registrations are still current.
  • Acknowledgment letters go out late, in a batch, or not at all.
  • When a board member or a staffer leaves, part of the organization leaves with them.
The way it works here
  • The board packet assembles from records already in the system. You spend the weekend reading it instead of building it.

Bought separately, that is a donor CRM, a board portal, an e-signature tool, a form builder, and a compliance tracker. At published rates those run roughly $1,500 to $6,000 a year, depending on which tiers you pick.

All In One Nonprofit is $499 a year on AIO Essentials, or $1,999 a year on AIO Complete. On top of that, a conservative estimate puts about 70 hours of staff time a year back in your hands, roughly $2,500 at $35 an hour. That assumes eight routine automations, not all 200.
